Terms & Conditions

  1. By entering the prize draw you are agreeing to these prize draw terms and conditions.
  2. The prize draw is being run by Newsells Park Stud, Newsells Park, Barkway, Royston, Herts SG8 8DY, UK

 

Eligibility and how to enter

  1. The prize draw is open to entrants over 18 years of age.
  2. In entering the prize draw, you confirm that you are eligible to do so and eligible to claim any prize you may win.
  3. One entry per signed nomination form/mare is permitted.
  4. Employees and contractors of Newsells Park Stud, and their families, and any other Person professionally connected with this promotion are excluded from participating.
  5. To enter the prize draw sign a Newsells Park Stud Nomination Form to A’Ali for the 2023 breeding season.
  6. By signing the Nomination Form to A’Ali the terms of the signed nomination form must be complied to participate in the prize draw. A’Ali’s stud fee for the 2023 season is £5,000 payable on 1st October 2023, Special Live Terms.
  7. Newsells Park Stud will not accept responsibility if contact details provided are incomplete or inaccurate.
  8. Newsells Park Stud cannot accept responsibility for any error, omission, interruption, deletion, defect, delay in operation or transmission, communications line failure, theft, destruction, alteration of or unauthorised access to entries, or entries lost, damaged or delayed as a result of server functions, technical issues, virus, bugs or other causes outside Newsells Park Stud’s control.

 

The prizes

  1. The prizes are:

Two tickets to the Dubai World Cup in March 2024, including flights for two people from Great Britain or Ireland and accommodation for three nights in Dubai.

Two tickets to the Men’s Rugby World Cup Final on Saturday 28 October 2023, including Eurostar train tickets for two people from Great Britain and accommodation for three nights in Paris.

Two tickets to the Wimbledon Ladies’ Singles Final on Saturday 15 July 2023, including lunch and afternoon tea (does not include travel to the venue or accommodation)

  1. A winner of one of the prizes is not eligible to win another prize.
  2. The winners will be drawn at random.
  3. The prizes are non-exchangeable, non-transferable and no cash alternatives will be offered.
  4. Newsells Park Stud reserve the right to substitute prizes with another prize of equal or higher value if circumstances beyond their control make it necessary to do so.
  5. The decision of Newsells Park Stud regarding any aspect of the prize draw is final and binding and no correspondence will be entered into about it.

 

Winner announcement

  1. The winners will be notified by the end of June 2023 via the email provided on the signed Nomination Form.
  2. If the winners do not respond to the emails notifying them of their win within 14 days, they will lose their right to the prize, and Newsells Park Stud reserves the right to choose and notify a new winner.

 

Data protection and publicity

  1. You consent to any personal information you provide in entering the prize draw being used by Newsells Park Stud for the purposes of administering the prize draw, and for those purposes as defined within our privacy notice.
  2. All entrants may apply for details of the winners by contacting us at info@newsells-park.com
  3. Winners will be required to participate in publicity. An announcement of the winners will be made via Newsells Park Stud’s website.
  4. All personal information shall be used in accordance with Newsells Park Stud’s Privacy Notice.

 

Limitation of Liability

  1. Newsells Park Stud does not accept any liability for any damage, loss, injury or disappointment suffered by any entrants as a result of either participating in the prize draw, being selected as the winner or during their winning prize trip.

 

General

  1. Newsells Park Stud reserves the right to cancel the prize draw or amend these terms and conditions at any time, without prior notice.
  2. The Competition and Rules will be governed by English law and any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England.
