Triple Gr.2 winning 2yo including at Royal Ascot over 5f.
Gr.2 winning 5f sprinter at 3.
A’Ali got his career as a stallion off to a great start today with his first ever runner, Ali Shuffle, readily winning the Flat is Back On Racing TV EBF Fillies’ Restricted Novice Stakes over five furlongs at Redcar.
Always prominent this two-year-old filly found plenty to make a two length winning debut for trainer Karl Burke and owners Nick Bradley Racing 5 & E Burke, also picking up a GBB Bonus for connections.
Ali Shuffle was bred by Bickmarsh Stud out of the Oasis Dream mare Always Dreaming, a half-sister to Gr.3 Darley Stakes winner Feliciana De Vega and the daughter of Along Came Casey, a dual Listed winner from the family of July Cup and Nunthorpe winner Stravinsky.
The juvenile was purchased by the Burke family for 32,000gns from Bickmarsh Stud at Tattersalls October Yearling Sale Book 2 last year, and looks like a very exciting prospect to follow this season.
A’Ali was also a smart and fast juvenile having won three Gr.2 races as a two-year-old including the Norfolk Stakes at Royal Ascot, Prix Robert Papin and Flying Childers. As a three-year-old he went on to land the Gr.3 Coral Charge and Gr.2 Sapphire Stakes. The son of a Champion First-Season Sire in Society Rock, A’Ali stands at Newsells Park Stud for £5,000 1st Oct SLF.
