Enable has flown the flag for Nathaniel again this season, as  Cartier Horse of the Year and Champion 10–time Gr.1 winner we look forward to her bid to win the Prix de l’ Arc de Triomphe for a third time next year.

However it is not just Enable that has made Nathaniel one of the best-middle distance sires of his generation.  Also in 2019 Channel won the Gr.1 Classic Prix de Diane and he was represented at Royal Ascot with Dashing Willoughby victorious in the Gr.2 Queen’s Vase, meanwhile Amorella scored at Gr.2 level at the prestigious Baden- Baden meet.

Nathaniel is a consistent producer of high-class stock, crop after crop, with 16 Gr.1/Gr.2 winners or performers from his three crops of three-year-olds, which puts him in the top six sires in Europe with only Galileo, Frankel, Dubawi, Dark Angel above and level with Shamardal (by Gr.1/2 horses foaled 2014-2016 – see table below).   All of whom stand at considerably higher fees.

In fact with the exception of Frankel he is the most successful son of the great Galileo in recent years.

Exciting times also lie ahead as since the success of Nathaniel’s first Classic crop, he has covered 270 mares (2018 and 2019) and continues to be supported by many of the World’s leading breeders.
