Equiano’s ‘Queen of Speed’ Belvoir Bay struck again at the weekend winning the Gr.3 Las Cienegas Stakes at Santa Anita. It was her eighth Gr/Stks race, and fifth Graded race which also includes the Gr.2 Monrovia Stakes at the same track.
Newsells Park Stud has announced the 2019 fees for Nathaniel and Equiano. Dual Group 1 King’s Stand Stakes winner and Group 1 sire, Equiano will stand at a reduced fee of £6,000, while Nathaniel, sire of the brilliant seven-time Group 1 winner Enable will see his fee increase to £25,000.
