In Training

In 2011 there are over 100 horses in training bred by Newsells Park Stud.

These include three Gr.1 winners: Classic St Leger victor Masked Marvel, Royal Ascot Gold Cup winner, Rite of Passage, and the US Gr.1 winner Gitano Hernando who went on to win a second Gr.1 when landing the Singapore Airlines International Cup.

Strawberrydaiquiri remains in training finishing third in the Sun Chariot Stakes (Gr.1) having finished second in the same race in 2010, following victory in the Windsor Forest Stakes (Gr.2) and the Dahlia Stakes (Gr.3).

February Sun, St Moritz, Grafitti and Ocean War have also won Group or Stakes races this year, as have the two-year-olds Miss Work Of Art and Gerfalcon.

A number of other Newsells bred horses also gained valuable black-type last year including Elas Diamond, Fastback, Grafitti, Kartica, Midnight Game, Mosqueras Romance, Royal Revival and Sanjii Danon.
